Instructor or Assistant Professor--Epidemiology/Healthservices/Outcomes Research
The full-time doctorate-level faculty scientist would focus primarily on conducting research designed to improve health outcomes and healthcare utilization among individuals with benign hematological disorders, particularly inherited bleeding disorders working closely with others in the center on physician/nurse-initiat ed studies by providing assistance with study design and implementation, protocol writing,analyses, and manuscript editing. They would be expected to publish research in peer-reviewed journals, attend and present at conferences, participate in grant writing,and supervise medical students and other trainees.
