The Community Transition Center (CTC) is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center designed to assist Veterans with serious mental illness to develop the skills needed to successfully re-integrate to their community. The incumbent is required to exercise independent judgment and decision making in the formulation of the recovery plan to facilitate Veteran's subsequent successful transition to community living. Work is primarily concerned with the welfare of individuals who are living with a serious mental illness and may be experiencing significant emotional distress and social limitations. The incumbent: - provides complex clinical services to clients with serious problems on a regular and continuing basis. - actively participate in program planning as well as in the development
