Whole Person Care provides comprehensive healthcare to people experiencing homelessness and other patients with complex medical and social needs. Whole person care serves thousands of vulnerable patients each year through case management, housing services, street outreach and street medicine, and the implementation of California Advancing and Innovating in Medi-Cal (CalAIM).
