Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay) This assignment carries responsibility for providing Physiatry services to Veteran patients within the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System. The position is under the direct administrative supervision of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services (PM&RS) Section Chief. Physiatrist Duties include but not limited to: Provides leadership for outpatient amputee services and provides direct and comprehensive patient care to the Veterans involved in the clinic.
