Manages and directs the organization toward its primary objectives, based on profit and return on capital, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise approximately 78 employees in the Clinical Department, Operations, Finance and Prevention Services. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises one non-supervisory employee. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
