Join a dedicated and compassionate group of providers at Providence Medical Group's Palliative Care service as a full-time Palliative Care nurse practitioner. This position benefits from a supportive and collaborative group while also enjoying plenty of autonomy. Ideal candidates will be willing to work with multi-disciplinary teams including inpatient-rounding teams, hospice and skilled nursing facility teams, program development teams, outpatient care teams and support groups.
