Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) Under direct physician orders or standard practice protocols, practitioner shall coordinate, evaluate, and perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic clinical procedures. Shall provide clinical expertise in all patient care areas; orientates staff and provide clinical instructions, and may perform rounds with physicians to discuss preferred treatment methods in an effort to provide respiratory care in an efficient, timely, and professional manner to all individuals and departments we serve. Qualifications: Preferred: Two years experience as a respiratory therapist, including one year experience within adult ICU/CCU. California Respiratory Care Practitioner Certificate. Knowledge of Respiratory Care protocols as recommended.
