The hospital is currently undergoing a 5 bed expansion due to continued growth.

PRACTICE MODEL 

We are seeking a full time Inpatient physician interested in building a practice and growing with the Montgomery, AL community. As Alabama’s capital, there are plenty of things to do in Montgomery. Whether you enjoy a round of golf in the temperate climate, catching a play at our local theatres, or exploring the rich history including acts of courage that led to the Civil Rights movement, Montgomery has it all.

This opportunity has an excellent financial package available including income guarantee, and full relocation. Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients. The Physician will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
