| As a Hospice physician with Providence Hospice Oregon in Portland, you'll join a skilled, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing coordinated, comprehensive hospice care to patients and families. This team is seeking a part-time, board-certified/board-eligible Hospice Physician. Providence Hospice Oregon, the largest not-for-profit in Oregon, is part of a growing integrated Home and Community Services program which collaborates with Home Health, Palliative Medicine and Geriatrics, as well as hospital-based practitioners to care for patients and their families. - Outpatient, community-based Hospice
- Part-time at 0.8 FTE; 32 hours per week (considered full-time for benefits)
- Monday to Friday schedule, variable days, daytime hours
- Call 1:5, via phone and teleconferencing
- Serve as clinical lead for interdisciplinary hospice team made up of nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and chaplains
