The Department of Surgery at Baylor Scott and White is seeking an experienced, BC/BE Urologist to join our newest facilities in the fast growing, Austin, TX area.

Oak Hill and Buda are the newest members of our System's growing, statewide network. Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Austin Oak Hill; and Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Buda, operated as part of Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Round Rock, are members of our Austin/Round Rock region of hospitals and clinics, and will include inpatient hospital services, as well as primary care and specialty care clinics.  

This addition will complement existing medical centers in Round Rock, Lakeway, Taylor and Cedar Park, as well as more than 30 Baylor Scott and White clinic locations spanning Travis, Williamson and Hays counties. Baylor Scott and White recently announced an expansion of its Baylor Scott and White Institute for Rehabilitation clinics in the area, which include an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Lakeway and 22 outpatient rehabilitation facilities. 

Baylor Scott and White Health offers numerous surgical services. Innovations such as single incision laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery and other advanced surgical operations are performed at our nearby Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Lakeway.

The Opportunity

• General Urology practice
• At least three years of associated experience preferred
• Outpatient practice with surgical and inpatient service
• Work with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system
• Epic EMR

 QUALIFICATIONS 

 - Doctorate Degree in Medicine

 - Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

 - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
