Education/Experience Requirements: Master's Degree or Bachelors Degree in Social work or counseling related field or specialized preparation in addictions counseling with License as an Addiction Counselor. Bachelors and Master's degree employees --Licensure as a social worker, licensed professional counselor or family therapist to be attained within 36 months of hire. Bachelors degree employees - Licensure as an addictions counselor to be attained within 36 months of hire. Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge, data entry and/or word processing. Excellent interpersonal skills.
