We are seeking a full time PM&R physician interested in building a practice and growing with the Spring Hill medical community.  Work alongside several other independent PM&R collegial physicians and see 15-20 patients immediately.  Great staff support from one of the best HealthSouth rehabilitation hospitals in the South East.  Spring Hill is a wonderful family community 45 minutes North of Tampa with lots to do and low cost of living.

PRACTICE MODEL

PM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses.  The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections.  HealthSouth hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes – HealthSouth has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.

Designed with our patient’s care in mind,  Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Spring Hill offers 37 semi-private and 6 private rooms.

In addition to caring for general rehabilitation diagnoses such as orthopedics, cardiac and other disabling impairments, Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Spring Hill has specialized inpatient rehabilitation programs for stroke, neurological impairments, brain injury, spinal cord injury and trauma.  Other services offered include outpatient therapy and home health services.
